Campus President

A well-established institution in the education sector is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Campus President for its Houston location. This role is responsible for overseeing all campus operations, ensuring academic excellence, student success, and alignment with the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for campus operations, staff, and faculty.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Oversee academic programs, enrollment strategies, and student services to meet institutional goals.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Drive initiatives that support student retention, career readiness, and community engagement.
• Develop and manage campus budgets, resources, and staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, employers, and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Masters’ degree preferred; or a combination of education and experience in Higher Education Administration. In addition, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar or same capacity; including P&L/budgetary responsibility
